1.Budgeting, planning, implementing reviewing & monitoring of all financial affairs of the Group Companies. 2. Maintaining all accounts of all Group Companies including individual project-wise profit-centres up to date and monitoring the work of all Accountants of the Group Companies working in different locations and divisions. 3. Preparing trial balances, cash flows, P&L, and balance sheets of all Group Companies in a timely manner. 4. Coordinating with internal and external auditors, tax consultants and other service providers for up to date compliance of all statutory and legal compliance including but not limited to Income Tax, Service Tax, WCT, Central and State Sales Tax etc. 5. Keeping the management informed of all the financial activities of the group by implementing a proper MIS system which includes project wise P&L, creditors and debtors statements, details of stocks and WIP Bills receivables etc. 6. Monitoring of revenue and expenditure to maximise the profits for the Group Companies. 7. Coordination with the banks and other financial institutions where ever the group is having relationships to ensure proper submissions of all documents, data required for the smooth operations of the limits and facilities and also ensure timely renewals and enhancement of facilities. 8. Overall charge of all administrative matters of the group. 9. All other duties and responsibilities that may be entrusted by the management from time to time....
