Should be able to work in teams and ability to work with cross functional teams Should be able to work under tight deadlines Ability to work in Shifts and should be flexible in shift timings Independent resolution queries from internal and external clients 4 eye review static setup and review Manage the daily administrative activities of the team including leave planning ,task allocation and training Maintain regular MIS relating to the clients assigned Implementation of DMC initiatives and help in UAT testing Represent the team while communicating with internal teams and external clients Display: MBA - PGDBM (Finance)/MCom / Graduate (BCom) with experience in Static data, reference data , corporate action processing, fund accounting operations (preferably over 4-6 years) Intermediate to expertknowledge financial instruments / products 3 - 6 years prior work experience in back office/ middle office setup Minimum of 1-2 years team management experience ) Working knowledge relating to static / reference data like working with Bloomberg / Reuters / IDC / DTCC / EJV / Datascope (Added advantage) Experience in implementing projects/ participation in UAT and other development projects (preferred) Working knowledge and higher degree of proficiency in MS Excel functions and ability to work with large amounts of data (preferred) Should demonstrate leadership values and lead by an example Deliver: Accountability of the managing day-to-day work (MIS, implementation of initiatives, awareness of the status of client issues) Complete accountability for the teams performance Effectiveness in managing a team of 4-5 Associate and Senior Associate (delegation, feedback, administrative skills) Adherence to policies, procedures and controls Should be able to effectively delegate and escalate issues or potential issues to the manager proactively Ability to question processes, identify issues and suggest solutions to improve the DMC processes Quality of training provided to team Effective communication with internal teams and external clients...
