Originating new investors by direct coverage of individuals, HNIs and UHNIs. Ensuring on boarded investors make continuous investments. Managing the channel of investment advisors, mutual fund distributors, insurance agents, chartered accountants, wealth managers, etc for onboarding investors and generating investments. Managing and maintaining oversight of the investment portfolio, keeping the investors abreast with portfolio performance and advising them on future investments. Educate the Customer, understand their needs and ensure those needs are met. Train, retrain, provide regular feedback and motivate the team to enhance individual and team productivity. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
