The Area Manager works very closely with branch Sales, CS, WH team & Leaders to create, execute and deliver Top-line Growth and Contribute to bottom-line numbers for the Branch by bringing efficiency and cost controls. To create short term as well as long term growth with consistency and stability. - to create, execute and deliver Top-line Growth - To build short & long term goals for the branch - bringing efficiency and cost consciousness . - Branch growth with consistency and stability. - To build Strong, Ignited, Capable and retained Teams. - To encourage & support Independent Leadership. - Leadership Development with SARPIO & OA. - To Track reports & Analyse data take relevant actions to reach the Goal. - Overall ownership of making Strategies, implementation, execution & final results for the branch. - Creating World Class Sales Team Efficient, Productive and contributing Members . - To create & deliver short term as well as long term growth with consistency and stability. - To deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly Recruitment, Sales and Leadership Development targets assigned to the branch. - To Organize, Promote and Support all activities and events such as new product launches, seminars, conferences, prospecting activities, incentive trips, training, etc. that communicate with and motivate the sales force. - To constantly strategize and identify new locations to introduce and penetrate our business. - Act as a link by sharing best practices, which can improve Sales, Recruitment rate & productivity. - Actively uphold the code of ethics as laid down in the policy manual & report violation if any for the branch. - Cost Control & profitability of the branch. - Hiring, induction & overall development of all the employees of the branch in the consultation with the immediate Supervisor....
