Planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, documentation and evaluation of the programme with aim of maximizing impact of CMCA in transforming the young into concerned, thinking and active citizens for an inclusive and sustainable India. Some of the key tasks are: 1. Volunteer management: a. Induction of new volunteers who are passionate and committed b. Motivating, and helping volunteers achieve their full potential through capacity building and mentoring to ensure effectiveness in classroom and outside classroom ( for experiential components of curriculum) c. Supporting volunteers (backup for sessions, school campaigns, school profile, liaison with school management etc.) d. Tracking the performance of volunteers (receiving, collating, analysing reports and acting upon them) e. Conducting monthly meetings of the volunteers f. Regular communication with volunteers 2. Induction of new schools into the programme 3. Regular Communication with partner NGOs 4. Make regular visits to CMCA member schools (induction, launches, liaison with principal, participate in sessions, mentoring, grading etc.) 5. Execution of impact assessment requirements 6. Conducting sessions as CMCA educator in any member school. Capacitizing self and understanding the true essence of the cause and expected outcomes and what makes an effective CMCA educator – truly democratic and facilitative learning process and impactful classroom management. Critical to being an effective guide for volunteers 7. Reporting and documentation for the programme o Tracking of sessions, campaigns, school profile projects, acts of active citizenship o Consolidating volunteers reports o Maintaining accurate master lists for schools, educators, campaigns, acts of ac o Validating acts of active citizenship o Preparing summary reports as part of programme reporting to Head office o Minutes of meetings and workshops  ...
