• To assist in the preparation of Risk / Process / Fire / Functional safety related studies and workshops (HAZID / HAZOP / PHSER / SIL / SIMOPs / MOPO / Bow-tie etc.). • Preparation of numerical data for studies such as parts count, inventory calculation, risk assessment and report preparation using modelling tools / software as required. • Working with consequence and frequency modelling methods and tools (Event Tree, Fault Tree) / software as required (PHAST, FRED, Etc). • Be part of Site Visit to various facilities in India and abroad for collecting data for safety studies. • To work with design of Fire Protection Systems including hydraulic calculations etc. (Pipe-net as required). • To work with design of active and passive fire protection systems and safety equipment specification and location (fire / gas detector layouts, evacuation routes layouts, safety equip location plans etc.) • Liaise with Business development department to support it by providing estimation for technical scope of the project at proposal stage • To work with CFD related studies • To work on new projects initiated by Company and meet the milestones • Guide Final year engineering students for their project in coordination with College • To identify the needs of fellow team-mates and to help them grow technically, personally and independently, and turn them into future leaders ...
