Job Description • To formulate short-term and long-term Business Development plans for Southern Nerve Centre, covering areas of Tamil nadu and Bangalore. To executive the plan throughout the overall marketing calendar • Develop and to execute Sales and marketing programs. To plan & implement campaign for brand growth • Formulate strategies and implement marketing plans to achieve the Departmental & Organisation objectives • Identifying & evaluating feasibility of new market projects, resolving emerging issues/challenges, and continuously keeping abreast of latest market developments • Prepare and execute Business Plans to ensure sales target is achieved within the financial year. (Sales target as set by the Company) • To continuously Canvas and secure new accounts/customers together with the Regional Sales team & achieve higher sales volume • Preparation of proposals, bids (tenders) & to ensure contract rates and SOP's are set up for customer • To distribute accepted contract rates (Quotation) to related department to ensure proper service and billing can be done accurately • Manage and ensure that Company Sales Targets / Sales objectives are met • To train and guide all new staff (in Sales Department) on doing Sales Calls and to understand the workings and operations of the company/industry • To work closely with all other departments (especially customer service) to gain information on weak lanes and fill these lanes • To ensure all staff (in the Sales Department) achieve the pre-set targets Collection • Follow up on collection of payments from customers • To work along with Finance/Accounts dept to collect and follow-up on customer’s payment to meet the 60 days ageing percentage Market research • To conduct market research, surveys and analysis • Identify and evaluate potential customer need • To be responsive to the changing business environment • Assist the top management in planning and developing strategies for the business by continuously providing feedback on opportunities in the market for the business Customer Service • To maintain, support and service existing customers – Local & Regional to ensure customer satisfaction • Coordinate with Customer Service Dept to meet customers' delivery schedule • To collect customers data and compile specification Reports • To prepare and submit Reports on daily, weekly & monthly in timely manner to the related parties/departments and the Regional Office • Produce daily, weekly and monthly report of customer calls and progress. • Submission of the DSP Report - needs to be completed and sent out to the Regional Manager on daily basis • To review local sales with the Regional Manager periodically • To compile, prepare, analyze and submit sales reports to the superior as and when necessary • To maintain records of important correspondences e.g. quotations, contracts/agreements, SOPs, customer profile, competitor information and etc Travel • Must be able to Travel. Travel schedules must be well planned and defined • The reports and AR’s items after every trip must be clearly established Outstanding issues must be closed by the next trip Others. • Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary...
