Responsibilities and Duties Searching Resumes from US Job boards (Dice, Monster , CB) Submission of the eligible resumes to the Clients. Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews with candidate and client. Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients Negotiating the rate with Candidates . Giving closures to the organization with a good rate and placing the consultant For our requirements Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 1- 3 years of recruiting experience. Demonstrated ability in developing initial contacts by phone Prospecting skills (fearless on the phone) Internet researching skills Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Motivated and driven by a strong desire to succeed Persuasive and persistent with self-initiative and drive Strong communication (verbal and written) Competitive by nature with a self-motivated personality. Able to work with USA timings....
