1) Manage Procurement Activities (Purchase Requisition, Quotation, Comparison, Purchase Order). 2) Preparing the price quotation and updating price information sheet. 3) Manage Vendor and On-board process like registration and its compliance. 4) Responsible for day to day transaction processing and assisting the Procure to pay. 5) Reporting to the seniors, making reports, dealing with vendors, searching new vendors, coordination with them. 6) Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement. 7) Minimum knowledge in excel with good communication. 8) Daily activity report to be sent every day.
