Freshers "LAB-Chemist/ Microbiologist (B.Sc/M.Sc-Chemistry/ Microbiology) no of position avalable: 55 B.Sc/ M.Sc candidates in different location in kolkata Designation: -LAB- Chemist/ Microbiologist/ QC Chemist/ QC - Microbiologist Experience: Freshers/ Experience Department: - QC CTC: 1 to 3 Lakhs Per Annum (If experience is more then we we can offer more salary also) 8000 to 20000/ month +F/A Gender: - Male/ Female Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial Location : Kolkata Functional Area / Specialization: Production / Manufacturing (Lab/R&D) & Quality Control (QC) Department Qualification: - B.sc /M.sc in Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Environmental Science or any streem with chemistry as a pass subject ***LAB Chemist (QC) Job Description:**** • Analyze chemical compounds or substances. • Experience in Unsaturated Polyester Resin OR Paint technology. • Conduct quality control tests. • Test quality of materials or finished products • Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed. • Maintain laboratory or technical equipment. • Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests. • Prepare compounds or solutions for products or testing. • Induce changes in composition of substances by introducing heat, light, energy, or chemical catalysts for quantitative or qualitative analysis. • Analyze chemical compounds or substances. • Evaluate laboratory safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards or to make improvements as needed. • Monitor operational procedures in technical environments to ensure conformance to standards. • Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency or to diagnose malfunctions. • Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests. • Establish standards for products, processes, or procedures. • Prepare scientific or technical reports or presentations. • Confer with scientists or engineers to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests. • Collaborate on research activities with scientists or technical specialists. • Develop, improve, or customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, or analytical methods. • Develop new or advanced products or production methods. • Direct, coordinate, or advise personnel in test procedures for analyzing components or physical properties of materials. • Supervise scientific or technical personnel. • • ***LAB Microbiologist (QC) Job Description:**** • Collect and analyze raw material, finished goods and packaging material samples to evaluate quality of products • Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to management • Produce reports regarding non conformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses. • Maintaining ISO records and updating product specifications and SOPs • Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points. • Micro Biology test (TPC, East, Mold, E.coli, Coli form) Identify needs of microbiological testing of materials and products.2. Standardize laboratory operations for conducting microbiological testing3. Validate analyst and testing methods for microbiological testing4. Constantly upgrade the microbiological testing methods and equipment in line with the customary requirements for international trade5. Standardize the microbiological sampling of materials and products6.
