In depth knowledge in accounting principles & preparation of financial statements based on US GAAP & IFRS. Hands on experience in preparation of Statement of investments/Portfolio of investments, Notes to financials, Balance sheet, Profit & Loss accounts, Statement of changes, Statement of recognized income and expense (IFRS), Capstock, Cash flow is mandatory. Should have knowledge of standard and conceptual footnotes. Knowledge on how the financial instruments work, cash flows & income generation. Experience in Financial Reporting of Mutual Funds/Hedge Funds would be preferred. Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS. Should be proficient with MS Office tools especially MS Excel, MS Word. Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written & oral communication skills. Flexible to work in all shifts (Preferably night shifts)....
