**URGENT REQUIREMENT OF ACCOUNTS MANAGER ( MINIMUM 3 YEARS FACTORY EXPERIENCE) FOR FURNITURE FACTORY IN DANKUNI, WB   **Factory experience is must   Full knowledge in accounts with factory work experience.   Salary- Rs. 20000 to Rs. 25000.   We have an urgent basis requirement for Manager Accounts   Educational Qualification- B.com./ M.com Graduate/ MBA /PG.   Experience- min 3-12 years with sound knowledge in FIXED ASSET . Preferably from FURNITURE, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Engineering sector. Salary--- Uptp 4 lacs P.A. Gender – Male/ Female Location-- Dankuni factory   Key job tasks   Able to handle all accounting functions up to the finalization of balance sheet. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Accomplishes the result by performing the duty. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.     II / Job specification     Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.
