Please find below the JD: 1. Identify potential Prospects for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising etc. 2. Identify the decision makers and build the relationship within the client organization and set up meetings. 3. Pre-sales activities include preparing sales proposal, tender response and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams provided by FCS Software. 4. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 5. Analyze the client's requirements and discuss with specific team managers. Be a point of contact between the client and the team. 6. Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required. 7. Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. 8. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. Identify best resources from competitor and getting them onboard. 9. Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments. 10. Understand company's goals, purpose with a primary focus on to sales targets as per company's business plans. 11. Financially accountability including profitability, budgeting and forecasting, cost analysis and invoicing. 12. Aggressive to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets/goal....
