The BDL will be responsible for seeking out and developing new business with a consultative approach in selling the unique services of Gooseberry IT Solutions. They should be commercially astute and have excellent communication skills, with a proven record in generating significant revenues. Key Responsibilities will include:  Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy  Generating new business and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects  Closing the deals financially in the defined time and according to the contracts made.  Give business presentation to clients  Understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in the IT industry  Identifying areas for expansion and development  Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, clients and partners & associates.  Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy to also encompass regional and international markets and foster growth in these key areas for the future  Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance  Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met  Working closely with the development department to develop bespoke products to relevant prospects  Inputting into sales and marketing collateral – how the business positions itself for various audiences People Management  Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team  Self development and continuing personal development Basic Areas of Knowledge and Skills • Good project and time management skills • Knowledge of business and management principles • Strong analytical skills • Organizational skills • Leadership skills • Ability to work collaboratively • Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to- face) • Consultative sales skills • Should use the Experience working in IT industry. • Should be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic Desirable  Minimum – 1 – 2 years of experience.  Experience within the IT industry preferred  Performed customer facing roles.  Preferably service oriented marketing and who believes in the strength of multiple products...
