Roles & Responsibilities: Making Sales Orders, Debit/Credit notes, Performa Invoices & IOMs. New Customer creation Entries in ERP system. Follow up with customer, sales person, warehouse staff etc Tender preparation, participation, negotiation & finalisation Other back office related work. Maintaining Files Customer, Daily sales order, Daily dispatch file etc Maintaining Registers of invoices, dispatches, Debit note, Credit notes, IOMs Performs other duties as assigned or required. Requisite Technical & Behavioural Competencies : Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel Computer literacy knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office) Team player, able to work with many different functions and people Effective written & Speaking English...
