Complete or review appropriate legal documents and forms related to the rent or lease, ensuring compliance of proper legal formalities. Reviewing all acquisition/construction processes to ensure developments are constructed faster. Coordinate license related documents, load, landlord scope of responsibilities, etc. for projects. Liaison between landlord and other departments in the company Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team and Manage landlord. Coordination with the projects team for timely completion of the construction of the New Stores. Negotiate the rent, lease of property for opening of new stores. Evaluate and recommend changes on rent/pricing strategies. Collection and reviewing rental and other commercial benchmark data of properties in identified cities and identified locations.
