Designation: Placement Manager Location: M.P (Indore/Ujjain/Gwalior) / Gujarat (Valsad) Experience: 2-3 Yrs Position: 1 (Full Time) Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Salary Range: 15 k - 30 k Gender Preference: Male Vehicle Requirement: Yes Traveling Required - Yes Industry preference – skilling KRS: 1. Monthly identification of Placement Load and Skill Set Mapping. 2. Lineup candidate for Placement, conduct Pre & Post placement activity of students. 3. Must have experience to handle placement activity with Govt./skills projects like DDUGKY & PMKVY Project. 4. Requirement/Lead generation. 5. Arranging Job Fairs/Campus Interviews. 6. Preparation of monthly Placement MIS and Record keeping. 7. Regular Company Visits to build strong relationship with client Skills Required: 1. Should be proactive, hard working individual 2. Should have strong negotiation skills, well-developed analytical and problem solving skills. 3. Should establish excellent relations with companies through personal visits and other means of communication. 4. Should have good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi) 5. Should be willing to travel 6. Should have excellent time management skills 7. Should be able to assist seniors 8. Should have existing companies network (Majorly with small & med. Industry) 9.
