competent Electronics & Mechanical Engineers 

on contract basis for a period of ONE YEAR 

having aptitude in design for it’s ‘Product 

Development & Innovation Centre’ (PD&IC) at 

Bangalore.

1. Contract Engineer (Electronics) No. of posts - 2 :Requirements:

  Qualification: First class for General and OBC Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST candidates in BE / B.Tech (Electronics / Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication) from a recognized University/ institution. 

Experience: Minimum of One year hands-on experience in PCB Design.

2. Contract Engineer (Mechanical) No. of posts - 5 :

•  Qualification: First class for General and OBC Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST candidates in BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) from a recognized University/ institution. 
•  Experience: Minimum of one year hands-on experience in Product Design for defence application. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 3D modeling, design verification by carrying out structural and thermal analysis, prototyping, design validation and engineering documentation. Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.

General requirements:

•   Age: 25 Yrs and less as on 01.06.2016 
• Reservation & Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Govt. rules. 
•  Remuneration: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 18,000/- per month. 
•  Period of contract: One year from the date of joining, however the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate. Method of Selection: Eligible candidates, who satisfy the above conditions, will be called for written test (objective type questions in above disciplines) followed by an interview. 
•  Candidates are required to produce all original certificates, a copy of each of them and a recent passport size colour photograph, on the day of the written test/ interview.
• Candidates who have not completed BE/B Tech. need not apply. Those who are unable to produce their Degree marks cards and certificates in original on the day of the written test/interview for whatever reason will not be considered. 
•  Candidates belonging to reserved category i.e. SC/ST/OBC must submit copy of caste certificate as per the format prescribed by the Government of India on the day of Written Test/ Interview.
•   Local candidates will be preferred. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. 
• Candidates shortlisted for the test will be informed through e-mail/SMS regarding the date of written test & interview. Candidate can also download call letter after logging to the portal using the userid. Any correspondence with the candidates will be through e-mail only. BEL is not responsible for any problem related to e-mail correspondence.
•   If there are more eligible applicants, the number of candidates to be called will be restricted in proportion to the requirement based on academic excellence, experience, age etc. BEL reserves the right to debar/disqualify any candidate at any stage of the Selection Proceedings, for reason whatsoever.
